The purchase deposit account is in no way a bank deposit (check, savings) and does not fall within the savings collection activity which is a service of credit institutions and microfinance institutions.
The customer agrees to make deposits for advances or down payments according to the proposed plan.
SOREPCO guarantees the security of the customer’s advance payments and ensures the availability of goods according to the customer’s estimate.
In the event of unavailability of stocks, and if the customer, and if the customer is not prepared to spread the waiting period or to replace another goods with that ordered, SOREPCO undertakes to reimburse the sums collected.
If the customer plans to postpone a delivery of goods according to the validated delivery plan, it is up to him to notify SOREPCO at least 72 hours before the date initially agreed.
SOREPCO reserves the right to assess the quality of a client to be admitted to the deposit program.
Following his admission to the “construction / equipment purchase deposit” program, the customer is given a loyalty card which allows him to benefit from preferential prices on purchases made in accordance with these conditions.
SOREPCO undertakes to deliver the customer to one of its agencies located across the country. Any delivery to other destinations will be subject to prior agreement between the parties.
In the event of a dispute between the parties, the injured party reserves the right to seize the court with territorial jurisdiction for the place of purchase.
